Yesterday, Valve released updates for Counter-Strike, and Counter-Strike: Condition Zero. One of the most controversial changes they've made is to add a slight delay when using the Magnum Sniper Rifle. I can't applaud them enough for it. That weapon, in my opinion, greatly unbalanced the game.
