Well, I said it would be a close game, and I was right - and what a game it was, too. It finished 2-2 after extra-time, but sadly Portugal won 6-5 on penalties. My favourite MLS team, D.C. United, beat the Columbus Crew 3-1 at home last Saturday night, snapping the Crew's seven-match unbeaten streak. Two awesome goals from Alecko Eskandarian, and one from Moreno sealed the victory, with all three goals coming in the first half. Yeah! Now that's more like it!
