My favourite MLS team,
D.C. United, started their MLS season off with a
2-2 draw at home to the New York Red Bulls. Not a bad result really considering they were two goals down at half-time. They're at home again on Saturday to
Chivas USA who got their season off to a great start with a 3-0 win against Real Salt Lake.
The
Caps have also had a mixed bag of results in the past week or so. They beat Carolina
5-1, lost
3-2 (OT) to Montreal, beat Ottawa
1-0, lost
6-5 (OT) to Carolina, and lost
4-3 (SO) to Carolina (again) last night. Phew! The Caps play Carolina (yes, again!) tomorrow, and they they now have just seven games left.
