Villa are through to the second qualifying round of the UEFA Cup after beating Odense BK
1-0 at Villa Park yesterday. Sadly, the game was marred by a
nasty injury to Wilfred Bouma. Get well soon, Freddy! Villa also announced the
signing of Brad Friedel from Blackburn yesterday, which I think is another great signing.
