Villa reached the first round of the UEFA Cup proper with a
1-1 draw against FH Hafnarfjordur on Thursday evening. It was a fairly lacklustre game, but to be fair it had already been won in the first leg. Villa also
bought James Milner from Newcastle yesterday for around £12m. Great signing. Liverpool are up next tomorrow.
