If you haven't seen it already, the
Street Fighter: The Later Years series by the folks over at
College Humor is absolutely hilarious. The sixth part was put online just a couple of days ago with the witty comment: "If you thought you knew where our Street Fighter series was headed, you ha-don't-ken." Brilliant!

Yeah!
Villa beat Blackburn Rovers
4-0 earlier this evening to win their fourth consecutive league game and move up to sixth place in the league. I'm so pleased. That's the first time Villa have won four games in a row for well over seven years! Can they make it five in a row against Arsenal on Saturday? I believe they can!

I was very pleased indeed to see
Villa beat Middlesbrough
3-0 over the weekend and pick up yet another well deserved three points. That's the first time Villa have won three games in a row for quite some time, you know. Can they make it four in a row against Blackburn Rovers tomorrow night? Let's hope they can!

A two discs holding the personal data of twenty-five
million people in the UK have
gone missing apparently. Unbelievable. Thankfully, I don't think my details will be on those discs, but it's nice to know we can trust the Government with our personal deta, isn't it? Why on earth was that data on disc in the first place?! Unbelievable.

I saw
Rendition, starring the lovely Reese Witherspoon, a couple of weeks ago and I really enjoyed it. I especially liked how it was all (cleverly) wrapped up at the end. Other than
Beowulf, which I'm sure I'll see in the next couple of weeks or so, there's not much else on at the cinema that I really want to see at the moment.

Well, what a fantastic game of football that was, and what a fantastic result! My beloved
Villa beat They Who Must Not Be Named
2-1 earlier today. I thought the game was heading for a draw until Agbonlahor popped up and headed in the winner three minutes from time. I haven't stopped smiling since the final whistle!

So, it has finally arrived. The
Second City Derby is tomorrow. Hostilities will commence at 1pm sharp! Of course, the only really acceptable result for every
Villa fan like myself is a win. Losing to They Who Must Not Be Named is unthinkable. I'm anticipating a great game - I just really hope that both sets of fans will behave.

The new
Aston Villa website was unveiled earlier this evening. I'm actually quite impressed - it loads quicker and looks nicer - but I think there's far too much white and not enough claret and blue! I also think the colour of the claret and blue is maybe a little off. Still, it's altogether a massive improvement on the old website.

I saw
30 Days of Night on Friday night. I really wish I hadn't bothered. It was awful, not even remotely scary and altogether quite predictable - I feel like I've been robbed having paid to watch that! I can't for the life of me understand why the folks over at
IMDb are raving about it. Avoid it at all costs. Rubbish.

Well, it wasn't the best of performances again, but
Villa picked up another valuable three points with a
2-0 win over Derby County at Villa Park yesterday afternoon. That should give them plenty of confidence to go and beat They Who Must Not Be Named next Sunday. It's such a big game, and neither team will want to lose.
