Michael Jackson, the King of Pop, died last night in Los Angeles. I was up late working at the time and couldn't believe my eyes when I checked the news! We all have a favourite Michael Jackson song, though - for me it would be either Billie Jean or Smooth Criminal - so although he's gone, his music will undoubtedly live on forever.

Have you seen Transformers: Revenge of The Fallen yet? If you haven't then get down to your local cinema just as soon as you can. I saw it on Friday evening and thoroughly enjoyed every single minute. It's an absolutely epic movie. Best movie of the year (so far) for me. I enjoyed it so much I'm going to see it again!

I watched The Hangover at the cinema on Friday night. It was pretty funny, but I didn't think it was as funny as the hilarious Role Models. I sure hope the stag party I'm attending in the not to distant future isn't as wild as that one! Only 4 more days to go before the new Transformers movie is released. I just can't wait!

I watched Terminator: Salvation last Friday evening. I thought it was pretty good, but I still think they should have left things alone after the excellent Terminator 2. I wasn't a big fan of Terminator 3 to be honest. If you're a fan of all four films, though, you'll be glad to know Terminator 5 is planned for 2011.

So it's official then. Gareth Barry is no longer a Villa player. He signed for Manchester City earlier today. To be honest, after all the fun and games last summer, I'm glad things have been settled quickly this time. I don't understand why he has signed for City, though. Still, that's an extra £12m O'Neill has to spend now!

I'm a big fan of Major League Soccer, so naturally I'm pleased to see the league going from strength to strength with the addition of new teams. One of the new teams is to be based in Philadelphia, and up until a few weeks ago it didn't have a name. It does now, though: Philadelphia Union. The press release has more info.
